Francine Thompson-Lanham
Since 2006, Francine Thompson-Lanham has been DPM's GSA Programs Manager. Her expertise in all aspects of the Government Services Administration is exceptional, having spent 36 years of Federal service in the GSA, 25 as a contracting officer. Before her retirement, she eserved as a senior contracting officer in the Automotive Center where she was responsible for large scale, high-value, multi-year contracts for commercial motor vehicles. Prior to that assignment, Francine was a senior contracting officer with the Tools and Appliances Commodity Center where she facilitated the entire process of the contract proposal planning, development, preparation and negotiations for the large scale, multi –year contracts. During her career, she also participated in and awarded sole-source and source-selection contracts.
