Mike Scharra
Mike Scharra joined DPM in 2009 as an Army Programs Manager in DPM's Detroit Office having recently retired from TACOM following a 34-year career as a U.S. Army civilian employee. His final Army assignment was as Business Manager within the Office of the Project Manager, Tactical Vehicles where has was responsible for managing contracting, acquisition planning, financial management and cost analysis programs. With his staff of 40, he oversaw Army tactical vehicle programs averaging over $10B per year for the final four years of his career.
Mike also has experience as an Acquisition Management Chief and Business Manager for various tactical vehicle offices at TACOM, along with expertise in contract negotiations and procurement/contracting analysis.
