Joe Ochab
Prior to joining DPM in 1993, Joe Ochab was DPM/PM of TACOM's Heavy Tactical Trucks and Trailers. Serving in this position, Mr. Ochab was responsible for managing programs at over $2.7 billion with a staff of 57 that included military and civilian Engineers, logisticians, business management, maintenance and fielding personnel along with Quality Management. During this time Mr. Ochab also served on several source selection boards.
Prior to that assignment, Mr. Ochab was the Logistics Division Chief where he was directly responsible for fielding and maintaining heavy truck and trailers and insuring continuing delivery of systems to all DOD customers. He was also responsible for supporting Foreign Military Programs. Mr. Ochab is a certified Acquisition Manager.
