Neil Hammaker
Neil Hammaker joined DPM in 1994 and is the Vice President of Air Force Programs. Formerly a Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, his background is in Civil Engineering. Neil retired from the United States Air Force after a 24 year career during which he managed all types of base maintenance, construction and snow removal vehicles for Civil Engineering activities at base and command level.
Neil's career culminated as the Liaison for the Air Force Civil Engineering Support Agency to the Warner Robins Vehicle Management activity. In this position, he coordinated the engineering equipment requirements, specifications, purchasing, fielding and support for all Air Force activities.
